We strive to provide prompt, high-quality customer serviceand healthcare in a comfortable, clean, confidential environment.

We think it is important to develop a relationship with your healthcare provider
in which you both know each other, and you're not just a name and a number. At our practice, you can feel comfortable knowing who you will be seeing at your appointment consistently.

We want to provide clear communication in a timely manner. All calls and messages are handled within 4 - 6 hours. Prescription refills, forms, and other types of written orders may take up to 24 hours.

We use a powerful electronic medical record to document clearly and help remind you and us about your health maintenance needs. It also assists with safer, clearer prescriptions.

Ever wonder what is really in your medical records? We document on a computer right in the room, ensuring accuracy of your history as well as your involvement and awareness of your own medical record.

We are using current concepts of open access scheduling to help avoid waiting when a patient is sick. Instead of walking in, if you call ahead, patients are given an appointment that same day as appropriate. That helps keep previously scheduled appointments generally running on time. (Note we do reserve the right to triage the true urgency of the appointment when appointment slots are full.)
